You only see the static rows when you are in the Advanced mode. On the top of the Group Pane on the far right side is a little drop down arrow. Click that drop down arrow and choose Advanced Mode.

Hi Daniel,
Who would help so much as you have? Very few. Thanks for keeping at it until I understood exactly how to accomplish the header to print on each page. I learned a lot from you. I tried selecting Advanced mode and then turning on RepeatOnNewPage for the static row, but my report does not have any static column headers. It is not the column headers that I need to repeat, but it is the tablix header I need to repeat on each page. In the preview it shows only 2 pages and both have tablix header, but when i export to PDF, the PDF shows 3 pages and the last page does not have the heading. I think it is a known issue.
Thanks again for all your time.

Daniel,
Please read my previous posting and view the attached bmp, which will give you some idea on my report. The area that i have circled in Red is what i am trying to repeat.
Thanks.

You probably have to make the RepeatOnNewPage = true setting and the KeepWithGroup = After setting for each of those rows in the grouping pane below. However, there is a known bug in all versions of SSRS 2008 where the repeating row groups do not always work as expected.
You might alwo want to check the Repeat header rows on each page in the Tablix properties. Image attached.

Repeat header rows is already checked on. I also tried turning on repeatOnEachPage with KeepWithGroup = After, but it is not going to work. Thanks for spending time on this.
