    I have a relational database which has got datas in the encrypted format .Do we have any builtin functions to decrypt the data

    There is no standard "encrypted" format. If you don't know how the data was encrypted, there is not necessarily an easy way to decrypt it.

    Where did you get the database?

    Ask the method of encryption from where you got the database. They will actually provide you the decryption process....
