  Anyone know of a tool that helps generate a data dictionary from a SQL 2005 database. I know I can do it using SQL but I was looking for a downloadable 3rd party tool (if one exists).

  I wrote one called SqlSpec, for details see the link in my sig. Supports 11 different DBMS.
