I m enabled datacollection and then ı create trace data collection set after that days my rebuild index time is normaly about 1 hour
but after enable datacollection it up to 3 hour is it effect performance.

Data collection could affect performance. I've never seen it do that much to a system before though. Did you look at blocking processes or do you have a metrics of the time when the reindex job was running? What was causing it to run slow? Use the data collection information. That's what you set it up for.

In that time I changed data only data collection feature I look it job history.
