currently i have 2 SQL user lincece but i gave access to 7 user , will that databse become slow... and it show connection problem...

No, inadequate licensing will not cause performance problems, it'll just get you hit with a fine when Microsoft does a software audit.

Of course it's going to show a connection problem. You can't connect users when the license is exceeded.
But as Gail says, this won't cause performance issues on SQL Server.
