That was great. End-to-end solution with all the considerations and gotchas. I foresee many people, including myself, saving a lot of headaches in the future. I will probably be involved with a similar job for a client soon. Luckily, they wrote the application in house so it shouldn't be quite as much trouble but it is very helpful to be able to reference someone else's experience.
