I think your question is a little too general, creating a dashboard report depends on the content of the report.
What do you want to show on the report?
How many datasets will be used?
What charts are going to be used?
Then......
Are all the charts covered by SSRS?
If not, you might need to consider Dundas.
These are just a few questions, the question could also be answered quite easily by saying that you should create a dataset to return the required information, then add a couple of charts to show that data. Very difficult to give more detail without specific questions or much more detail.

I have used 3 datasets and by using this i was able to create the dashbord and i have taken 4 chats.
I want to ask is there any other process instead of that??thins is otherwise it will be a complicated query.

If I was creating the report I would do exactly what you are doing, I would create separate datasets for each distinct query. As you say, if you try to combine these into a single query it will be complex, and it will then make the charts more complex.
So, carry on the way you're going, you seem to be doing ok.
