Hi everyone. Can I add custom colors to certain words in my SSMS query window?
I would like dangerous words like DROP, UPDATE, DELETE to stand out so I can spot them. Maybe a solid background color would do it.
Thanks for helping.

You can go to tools -> options -> Environment -> fonts and change the colors for keywords. Their is not an option for "dangerous" words. The list would go on and on...the argument about what keywords are dangerous would rage for generations. 😛

Thanks I saw that option but really wanted a way to have certain words pop out when pasting a long script into the query window.
