I've taken as much as 80% pressure of hds system with only 20-30 hours of work on completely unkown system without changing 1 line of code.
I know what it takes to do it and there's no way in h*ll we can do it in this context. Call in a pro or be ready to do some serious reading / overtime to hone the skills you need.
It's easy to say add those indexes from 1000 miles away but if we don't track the full consequence we might be doing more harm than good.
We already told you what we recommend... do the best you can with what you got is the only advice I got left to offer.

A small tip
1. there are couple of RID lookup's try creating Covering indexes if possible.
2. I saw a table scan if this can be eliminated
3. there is a index suggested just try creating this. it might help
