Currency Field Showing wrong currency symbol

  Hi all,

  I have a currency field on an SSRS report which i formated using the field properties >> Format>>>Format Code and then I chose C for currency. I'm expecting to see currency in Rands (R)which is my local currency but its returned as dollars($). The currency settings on the server and my local PC is set to Rands.

  what else do i need to change to get my country currency?

  Got the answer, changed the Language setting on the textbox to use my local settings, it was using default.
