Cube editor

    Hi,

    Does anyone knows/recommends an editor to create/maintain cubes rather then the one from the Analysis Manager?

    I don't know of any. Just out of interest what is it about Analysis Services Manager that is making you look for alternatives?

    Analysis Manager, does not allow you to:

    • Copy roles from one Database\Cube to another Database\Cube.
    • Does not allows you easily the fact table in a partition, i.e., you need to click in the ODBC, selecting user, table/view (if there are 12 to 24 partitions it is not practical). Usefull if you have different table/view in development/production environment.
    • Does not uses all of the DSO functionality.
    • Etc..
