Hi
We are going to change database's from 2012 to 2014 .
I Have to install Sql server 2014 on new servers.
Should I Install CU6 OR SP1 After install sql server 2014? (New SP1 that released from microsoft)
OR Sql server 2014 alone is enough?
(for info: We steel dont use ssis . But Use it Nearly)
Thank you

For new server builds I like to go with the latest and greatest where possible. SP1 was released on 5/14, so only about a month ago, but unless you have specific vendor databases only certified to run on specific builds of SQL Server I would start with SP1.

It looks like they just released CU1 for SP1 so you can take a look at the list of issues that it resolves and make a determination. Looking at all the column store index fixes in the patch, I would certainly consider going up to SP1 CU1 if you are using them. They also have a hotfix for another column store corruption issue as well.
Eventually they do stop patching the RTM version, so at this point I'd seriously consider applying SP1.

SP1 had a SSDB Catalog issue. It was corrected and re-released.
However, there is a CU1, but it has lots (100+) fixes. I'd go with SP1 for now. Seems stable.
YMMV
