  Hello!

  We have 2 Node active\active cluster SQL Server 2016 (SP2), when trying to install CU-17 it fails the first time for these features:

  Full Text and Semantic Extraction for Search, Database Engine and SQL Server Replication.

  Re-booting the server and installing the second time works.

  What could be causing this issue?
