My users would like to use our current system to enter email addresses to set up subscription based reports. Is it possible to store this information in a SQL database and somehow pass it to the SRS server to schedule/maintain a subscription based report?

You should be able to us vb or c# and the ReportingService2005 Class. However, I am not a programmer and have not done this so I cannot provide additional help.
