How would I go about creating a job on one server /database to create it on several... at once.... ?
Any scripts thoughts or ideas regarding this?

I think RedGate has a product for that kind of thing. Might check it out.

I know of SQL Farm Combine and Red-Gate SQL Multi Script that can execute a script against multiple servers. SQL Server 2008 Management Studio will also have this feature.
If you need to do reindexing against multiple databases I have a stored procedure that can do this.
