Create user and Assign Password

    Hello Every Body.

    I am very new in SQL Server 2008 and using XP as a operating system. i want to create new user for SSAS and assign password. so what should i do. How can i create new user and assign password.

    Open SSMS. Connect to your SSAS instance. Right clik on the SSAS instance, select Properties.

    Click on Security tab, then click on Add... button to add Windows users.

    You need to create Windows users firstly. You cannot directly create users and assign password under SSAS.
