    Hello,

    I need to create another instance on my server, how can I create it, do I need another lisense for that?

    All you need to do is install a named instance on the server using you install media for SQL Server 2008.

    To create another instance you need to run SETUP.EXE.

    After installing another instance, set MAX server memory for bother the instances.
