Hello,
I have WindowsA security login created,how can I add users to that secuty login.
I want to have this group as read only and add developers to it,how can I do it?

For Windows (Active Directory) security, you do that on your domain server, not in SQL Server. Usually, your network admin (IT Department) would create an AD group, add members to it, and you just add the group to SQL Server and grant the group the rights you need for those accounts.
Lots of benefits to doing it that way, especially as people join/leave your team, or as groups of people are determined to need more/less rights in the databases.
But the actual group membership should be managed in your domain server, not in SQL.
