Hi,
I am getting these errors on my UAT server :
CPU_Load_Average - Critical - ALERT - Percent(%) CPU Load Average - Actual = 98.89709 - Threshold = 97 - CPU_Load_Avg - FATAL - - ECC
It usually happens at night and during daytime it is normal. Could anyone give their suggestions on this problem?
Thank you.

Have a trace running (sql profiler) at night monitoring for cpu-intensive queries?
Are these spikes or continuous (performance monitor on windows-system)?

I figure you're asking us questions about the output of a monitoring tool. I suggest you either ask the vendor of your tool or get some appropriate training in the usage of the tool, I'm sorry but I don't see this is a valid use of these forums.

OK, Colon, The messages are being created because the CPU usage is more during that time of the night. I am suggesting that one of the jobs be moved to a different time. That will relieve the pressure on the CPU.
