  Did anyone had experience to got this error message when trying to start SQLAgent?

  Could not start SQLAgent$Instance service on local computer

  Error 193 %1 is not valid win32 application.

  Where did you get this error message (In SQL EM or SQL Server icon in task bar or in services window)?
