Could not run BEGIN TRANSACTION in Database

    Im getting this error. while running Checkdb.

    Could not run BEGIN TRANSACTION in database <dbname> because the database is in bypass recovery mode.

    Previously it is in read_only mode.how to rectify it.

    i dont think you can recover it u need to restore it

    What's the state of the database? (state_desc in sys.databases)

    What have you done to this database to get it into this state?
