I get the following message on some (not all) of my backup jobs following a full disaster recovery
Could not insert a backup or restore history/detail record in the msdb database. This may indicate a problem with the msdb database. The backup/restore operation was still successful. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 3009) SqlDumpExceptionHandler: Proc... The step failed.
Is this a problem and how can I cure it?
1) Installed fresh NT and SP6 applied
2) Installed SQL2000 and installed SP3a
3) Restored all System databases from backup.
4) Attached User databases (as they were on another drive)
5) Full database backup taken after system fully operational
Any help appreciated. Regards
