Could not find the index entry for RID 169b9442691000300 in index page (1:90)

    Why is the below error occured and how to resolve it?

    Could not find the index entry for RID '169b9442691000300' in index page (1:90), index ID 0, database '<databasename>'.

    I have executed the below command in single user mode

    DBCC CHECKTABLE ('syscolumns',REPAIR_ALLOW_DATA_LOSS)

    Before executing this I stopped and restarted SQL Server.

    But still the error appears when I execute one SP.

    Drop and recreate the index.
