Could not find Server in sysservers

    Hi Sorry if this is a dumb question new to replication....  I have two swl servers i am running transaction replication on one server to another....   Server a holds live system server B is replicated server.  Server B has been recently renamed from Z.   I have just added extra SP to the articles for publishing.   when i add extra Procedures to the Articles for replication i get Could not find server "Z" in syssevers.  I know how to run addlinked server but i can't work out why it wants the old server name.  It is a push replication.

    Try sp_addserver. Have a look at BOL for the syntax.

    Have you tried unregistering and re-registering the re-named server on server A.

    You might have to drop the subscription and re-subscribe to server A

    thanks i dropped the subscription and removed teh stored proc from the articles and re subscribed and it seems fine..
