    MY MODEL DATABASE IS CORRUPTED , how to create the model db ?

    Restore from a clean backup.

    even i tried to restore from backup its not done , how can i create ?

    Unless you've done modifications to it (in which case, you really should have a tested backup around that you can restore from) model is generic. Do you have another instance of SQL Server around that you can backup that model db and then restore it to the instance where the bad one is?
