I have a friend who works in a large IT department.
One day a particulary exec asked for a laptop to be rebuilt for a large multi-media presentation. Through one thing and another the rebuild took longer than anticipated and a "full and frank exchange of views" took place between the exec and IT manager.
Eventually the laptop was delivered by the most junior member of the IT team and the exec proceeded to haul the poor sod over the coals. He then insisted that the guy install a large powerpoint presentation, several mpegs and mp3s as subsidiary items to his presentation.
Come the day of the presentation to the international management board the exec connected his laptop up to the multi-media system. Nothing fancy, just 12 speakers, dual projectors, 2 sub-woofers, 500 watt amplification.
On booting up his lap top he found that the little IT guy he had crapped on had changed the windows start up sound to http://www.mwscomp.com/sounds/mp3/sitface.mp3

Good for him! But I hope he still has a job.

It could have been nasty and obviously the exec wanted him skinned alive.
Fortunately IT manager took the view that he should be the one to discipline his own staff so the junior got off with a verbal warning.
One of the board members was an avid Monty Python fan so a request came through for the link where he got the file.
If the attendees of the presentation had taken offence then it would have been more than one person who got the chop.
