Copydatabase

    Hello,

    I have Express 2008 and when I right click a database there is no "copydatabase" option

    At work they have an older full version of sql server and it is in the right click menu there.

    Is this due to my configuration or because it is Express

    The Copy Database option requires SSIS, which is one of the features Express doesn't have (AFAIK). That's why you don't get that option.

    You can take a backup of the database, copy the backup to target server and restore over there.
