copy system database files

    Thanks 🙂 But, how frequently should i take the backup of this actual files? I mean do they change over time? Can i just take a copy of them once every 6 months?

    Or will it suffice to just have one set of copies irrespective of when it was copied over as so i can use it when necessary?
