copy database wizard job fails

    HI. I just ran the copy database wizard for the first time. the job exectuded but i had errors. when i go to see the databases listed in my server it doesn't list the database that was supposedly copied but the mdf and ldf are on the server. can i go and physically delete the mdf and ldf without creating a mess and start all over?

    HI.. I was wrong, it didn't create the log file because of an error. so that must explain why i can't see the database listed. So can i just delete the MDF manually and start over? I don't want to do something that will cause my server to stop running and affect other databases. is that possible?
