Hi,
I have a laptop with Windows XP SP1 Professional.I install on it Clients tools for SQL Server 2000 SP3a.
When trying to connect to a Windows NT 6a Server with SQL Server 2000 Enterprise SP3a I got the following message:"A connexion could not be established to SERVER. Reason: Timeout expired.Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed.
Can someone help?
Thanks

Can you ping the server? Also, have you tried connecting by the IP address of the server to see if it's a name resolution issue?
