"Login failed due to from an untrusted domain and cannot be authenticated." However, I was able to connect from the server but not from outside.
I restarted the sql server to resolve. However, I thought it would authentication issue from the active directory but it doesn't look like.
When I run netstat I see bunch of open connections. Would this could be the cause of the issue?

Hi,
is the client and the sql server in the same domain?
Can you try to login from your client with a local sql login?
Are there are more entries in the sql server ERRORLOG?
What kind of protocol is active on your sql server?
