Connection Manager Security Context.

    Hi all I have a question about the securty context of a SQL Connection Manager. If my OLE DB connection is set to use Windows Authentication then does the following apply:

    1. Debugging in BIDS, the account is the one I launched BIDS under?

    2. If running the package through a job, the account is the SQL Agent account?

    Do I have this right?

    1. Yes.

    2. Probably, true if you don't have any proxies configured, otherwise it will use the proxy account specified.
