Connection Manager for Firebird database using Fb.net provider

  Hi all,

  I want to transfer data from Firebird database to SQL Server 2005 db. I want to use Business Intelligence to create package for performing the above task, but i do not know on how create new connection manager for Firebird database. As the Firebird db has a .net provider, is it possible to use the provider to create a custom connection manager and add it to BI to proceed on the task or is there any other way to do this task. Correct me if anything wrong

  Actually you just need to the enable OLE DB connection in the surface area configuration tool.  Hope this helps.
