Connection drops between our webserver and sql server

  Hello,

  This problem started since yesterday, our custmer they access our website to update, the connection to our web-site is fine but when they try to access anything of the SQL server the connection drops,

  The strange part is connection is not consistent, it drops and comes back by itself,

  say i put any file on our webserver the customers can access,

  The connection between SQL and webserver is the issue,

  I would appreciate any help,

  Do you a trace to find out when the connections goes off and comes back this was an issue with SQL 2000 with connection pooling enabled.
