Connecting Reporting services with MS Access database

    Hi,

    I wanted to know if its possible to connect Reporting services to the MS Access db and then publish the tables as a report model to be used in a report builder.

    If it is, would it be possible to provide some link or steps for the same.

    guessing its possible as you can create ODBC connection strings for the data sources, so aslong as you created and ODBC DSN which pointed to your access mdb shouldnt be any issues.

    Could you pease guide me to some link where I can find steps to do so ?

    I am unable to connect to MS access db in the Connection Manager in Visual Studio 2008.

    i dont have anything to hand, but I'm sure our good old friend google will help you out.

    need to create the DSN which points to the MDB file then create a data source using the ODBC provider method and use that DSN you created I would of thought at first glance.
