Hi,
I was wondering if there is any way to connect directly to some sharepoint list from SSIS or BI or SQL-Server Management Studio?
Thanks,
Thorsten

I would suggest taking a look at SQL Server 2005 SP2 as it should have more integration with SharePoint. See this article:

At this time there is no simple provider for Sharepoint 2003 lists. I have not tried any Sharepoint 2007 lists as of this post.
If you want to use reporting services, use Access 2003/2007 and link to the desired lists. Use mdb in reporting services. Not what we want to use, but it works.

There is now:
http://www.codeplex.com/SQLSrvIntegrationSrv
Supports some cool features:
- Removing columns from the data flow connection will cause the load query to be more optimized
- Paging large list sets is supported automatically
- Supports modifying and deleting rows
- Can provide CAML for Where clause filtering

If you can use third-party solutions, check the commercial CozyRoc SharePoint integration. These are the relevant components:
* SharePoint Source SSIS Data Flow Component
* SharePoint Destination SSIS Data Flow Component
* SharePoint SSIS Connection Manager
Batch insert and update is also supported.
