Having difficulty connecting to Teradata from SSIS. I can connect using Linked server after installing the recommended bridge (MSDASQL) but not from SSIS. Did anyone had any luck with connecting to Teradata from SQL 2005 SSIS 64 bit?
Cheers

Yes, but the connection provider you choose may depend on the task type you want to use in SSIS. I use an ODBC connection when working with ExecuteSQL task or really anything from within the control flow. Teradata also has a .NET connection provider that you can install. I use this from within the dataflow tasks for the DataReader Source adapter.
Keep in mind that you can use SSIS to build out and execute BTEQ and Fast Export scripts!

I use Teradata drivers in one of my SSIS packages. The package runs without any issues. This is 32bit driver though.
