configuring database mail

    Hey,

    Hopefully someone can assist end to end on this one.

    I created a simple job which I gaurantee to fail, simply to test that it alerts me, which it doesnt do.

    I suspect that the SQL 2005 database mail account hasnt been configured correctly....

    Where can I find an in-detail article explaining (including having the email account set up on the server) how to configure Database Mail correctly?
