  Is there somebody how knows if it is possible to configure a reporting services version SQL2008, with a reportserver database on a SQL server 2008 R2?

  You can change the server and database using the Reporting Services Configuration Manager.

  I don't believe you will have any issues with that, but cannot say for sure.

  Why not configure the newer version of SSRS and publish everything to that? You will gain some pretty cool features in R2.
