Configuration Manager wont create new

  I love the <i>concept</i> of the configuration manager.  I can use any of the existing Debug, Production, or DebugLocal configurations with no problem.  Unfortunately, it won't create a new configuration.  It lets me try, but it will not save it.  My contacts at Microsoft have been able to reproduct the problem.

  Has anyone found a way to get around this?

  If this is in VS.NET, i would suspect your solution file is hosed.  Trying creating a new solution and importing your projects.
