  hello all.

  I back up data base from sql server 2008r2 and i want to restor this back up in sql server 2008 but get error.is exist any way for compatible between 2008 and 2008r2 when back up from r2?

  Hi,

  You can't restore latest version to earlier one, rather import/export.

  You can also use the "Copy Database" function.
