Hi All,
Not sure if I am posting in the correct area, so I apologize there.
We have a vendor that is making major changes for an application, and I have been asked to verify what has been changed - Just in case. 😉
I am looking for a simple tool to compare the before/after status of the SP's and/or scripts.
Ideas please? And the less expensive the better?
Thanks!

If this is a one time thing than most any of the database comparison tools should work as they all have trial version. I've had decent luck with RedGate's SQLCompare. I've also used StarInix SQL Compare. There are other vendors as well.
If you're just looking for changes made to Stored Procedures, you could script them all out and use Visual Source Safe's show differences utilities...

RedGate SQL Compare will show you the differences and script them so you can bring them together again.
You can also keep a snapshot of databases so in you case you can save the 'before' schema to compare later.
Try a free 14 day trial to see if you agree
It will do the job for you and is easily worth the money it costs.
(I don't have any association with RedGate, I just like the product)
