Compare two NTEXT columns

  How can I check the value of two NTEXT columns against one another?  I know I can check the length using DATALENGTH, but that does not deal with transposed letters, etc. in the two fields.  Any suggestions?

  There are third-party applications that can help - SQL Data Compare 3.

  There is a t-sql reserved word - readtext - that might help.
