How can you automatically compare index between two SQL Server 2005 databases on diffrent SQL Servers?

You have the SQL Toolbelt from RedGate for that......it is surely worth paying for it.........it does all sorts of amazing stuff you want it to along with a few which you haven't yet dared to imagine....and the performance........it is really fast.....

Specifically SQL Compare in the SQL Toolbelt suite. You can purchase the tools ala carte if you wish.
