when opening a page I already start scrolling down before it is complete.
When it completes, it scrolls to top.
Can you avoid that?

Unfortunately tat is a no. The scroll is handled by the environment and your browser itself is doing that to you.

Is there any way to block the annoying animated SQL LiteSpeed ad? It appears on virtually every web page, and it is very distracting. Iād be happy just to get rid of the animation.

After a while you'll get used to it. If I don't concentrate on it, I don't even notice.
However, is it an option to tighten you internet security setting or using an ad blocker?
