command lines to handle cluster activities

    Can someone provide some of the command lines to handle cluster activities , like... taking sql instance online/offline.?

    Do what I did and type "cluster command line" into your favourite search engine.

    Or just guess - the command line utility is actually called "cluster". But you'll still need to search to learn the syntax.
