Collation Change

  I have recently changed collation on one of the instance which was not matching with other instances but the thing is i changed on all user databases(tables,columns) but still the sys database is with old collation. is there any easy way to change for sys databases with a short downtime and without any risk factors?

  Collation change of the Master require rebuild of the Master so if there is no reason you can just leave things as is because if you need to develop multilingual application you need to use different collations.
