windows command prompt..
Run as Administrator - C:\Windows\system32> cluster Res - does not working
Power shell command prompt
Run as Administrator - PS C:\Windows\System32> cluster - working and display cluster name object
PS C:\Windows\System32> cluster res - does not working.. what could be issues?
Get-clusterresource power shell command working and display all the resource but how can identified the sql network name. so I want update HostRecordTTL value in multisubnet AG cluster setup.

cluster nodes are turned on and connected to the network or contact your network administrator.
The RPC server is unavailable

cluster.exe retired with windows 2003, what OS does your cluster nodes use
