We are moving our data center to a new location in mid May. What order should I shutdown my 2 node cluster in, passive first, then primary servers? Then bring the SAN down. After the move to the new location, get the SAN back online and then should I startup with the primary, then the passive cluster servers?

sounds logical.
Stop all applications connections to the cluster before bringing down the primary at least.
Back up all the databases as a precaution.
I presume this is a physical move of the tin?

Yes, it is a physical move. About 5 miles to a brand new data center.

Yes, same IPs, at least my network guys are making me change them. We actually have some movers coming in to handle the physicl move of the servers. Makes me a little worried. I'll have my fingers crossed. Thanks George.

Good luck to you , and don't forget to label everything. Doesn't hurt to take some pictures too.
