depends on the organisation, I have worked in environments where the DBA is not allowed to touch the windows server or failover cluster and in some cases where the DBA manages the whole lot cluster too

There is no complete list of all the details. Really for a cluster you need to respond just like any other instance failure. However what you do will be different because you're dealing with multiple nodes that are linked.
If you don't understand how a cluster works, I'd start there. Learn what happens when it fails over, and how you need to fix things. The items that you must do, versus what others may do, varies, as Perry mentioned.

i want general role of dba on cluster if something happen and organisation will tell us to do that and if that task related to system admin to determine task i want the role of dba in cluster
